The Caveat petition fees for filing Caveat    is determined by the Court itself. The fees is nominal .

Every caveat  is accompanied by a vakalatnama and details of High Court judgment in case the caveat petition is filed in the Supreme Court of India.

Every caveat  is filed along with the petition at the time of presentation for filing and the fees paid alongwith it.

Caveat  fees can be filed either online or offline.

In case the caveat petition filing  fees is filed by the concerned Advocate on record  who has the expertise in filing a caveat petition in the correct manner , the duty is cast on him to do the same at the time of filing.

Once caveat  is filed alongwith the fees , and if there appears to be no objection the same will be registered by the registry of the supreme court.

In all probability the caveat  when registered will also show the fees paid .

Once caveat  is registered , the status will also show whether the opposite party has already filed an appeal or Special leave petition .

The fees although is nominal , a registered advocate on record in the supreme court has the required expertise to draft the same and file in the manner prescribed for early presentation and registration.

In case a party wishes to file a caveat petition , the fees will be accompanied with the caveat petition, although the procedure is slightly different.

In any case the fees is nominal in either case and can be filed either online or offline.
